what i find ridiculous is they didn't find him insane hence the reason he got the death penalty. anyone who methodically plans mass killings is insane in my book. either way sucks that other guy is in jail forever supposedly he's taking college courses in college, for what i don't know.

i'm aware but if they found him legally insane that would mean that admit he did not fully understand his crimes because of mental disease or defect...any normal person would understand shooting innocent people is wrong and feel remorse. he was clearly not all mentally there when he came up with this ridiculous plan. oh well he's dead so whatever i just think anyone who does a coldblooded crime like this can't possibly be held legally sane because all of it is just craziness...

No that person can't go to jail because they weren't aware what they were doing because of their mental condition.
