I need the rane XP component, used... I don't wanna spend 600$+ ship for an EQ component... or 800 at moog

Posted by Allied Nations on Nov-30-2009 01:09:

rane empath rotary is also a great alternative to the 2016

feel is comparable

Posted by mtlrizzo on Dec-06-2009 06:33:

i just got the rane, man it sounds so much better then my shitty ass ddm.... bass is way different...

I am in love, ordered the xp component online.. 1200 for everything together.. Waiting for the component to ship... So I am thinking the fishtank for it, cause i want to be able to move it around.

Now that I got my RANE all set up I don`t have a midi controller and I need one pretty badly, I am thinking of getting either and XONE1D or a Traktor Kontrol X1..

Maybe somebody has something else in mind...

personally, i think you should focus on the gear you already have rather than adding new pieces to your collection. my 2 cents...

lol. busted. thought you already had a midi controller.

When you will be powerful like me, you will be able to load tracks with your mind.

Posted by Ninja Francis on Dec-08-2009 17:47:

Just do like the top djs and play an already recorded set. Turn a few knobs that are useless to make it like you're doing something.

You would have no fun mixing =) but you'd make shit ton of money.

Yea I need to get it right..

Load tracks with... mind.

Beatmatch with... feet.

Then all you have left to do is clap your hands and smile)) Sounds like the future of djing))
