of course...i would honestly feel more betrayed by an "emotional affair" than i would a drunken one nighter with some chick whose name he doesn't even remember.

and no doubt i'd be up and gone for either situation lol

Posted by Rose on Dec-02-2009 21:01:

Yeah because the drunken one nighter was most likely not intentional. The talking to someone else while dating someone is.

man what a shame. he was great except for all the closet sexual perversions shit. and the funny part is, I'M the biggest perv ever, he should have shared all of that with me in the beginning and it wouldn't have been a big deal

Lies, people are their true selves when drunk.

Do you guys think it's cheating when you're dating someone and your partner is already talking to someone behind your back? I think it is, in a way. Though they aren't doing anything with this person, they sure are thinking about it.

Simple rule to follow...Anything you do with someone that you wouldn't do with them if your S.O. is standing beside you is cheating

Posted by Slylee on Dec-02-2009 21:07:

one could say it's just a matter of observation to his reactions to real life scenerios that very well might happen down the road.

Ninja edit fail!

That's why you always lose in PvP. Everyone uses mapcheat or aimbot, you'll get pwned if you don't cheat yourself.

I see nothing wrong with it.

Hard, empirical evidence beats mere speculation (i.e. trust), especially since people are notoriously poor at objectively assessing their romantic partners (most people recognize this, but view themselves as an exception; here's a tip: you're not.)

B-but we love each other.

you guys think that is legit or messed up?

these situations work themselves out

if the you dont trust your SO enough to pull something like this, there are probably deeper problems in the relationship.

- if the SO is cheating, then the relationship can end and with it the deeper problems
- if the SO is not cheating but finds out, then the relationship can end and with it the deeper problems.

then both can move on and find someone they trust and respect enough cheat on or entrap.

My (female) friend did this to me last weekend. I'm not sure what her angle was, but she knows I'm seeing a girl and yet she still told her cousin to pull this on me all night.

Women are manipulative.

Posted by Slylee on Dec-02-2009 23:35:

what happened? did you take the bait?

maybe she secretly wants you and is trying to get you to cave so you'll break up or something.

No.

I mean, the girl was only in town for the weekend, so it was like why undermine something that could go somewhere for a chance at a one-night stand? My friend's only reaction at the end was "wow, you must like this girl you're seeing." Well, yes, but even if I was iffy on her don't think I wasn't smart enough to see what was going on. I'm not about to jeopardize a relationship for flirting - I'm getting too old for that shit.

Eh, I don't think so. She would throw a random and not her cousin at me in that case, right?

Posted by Ygrene on Dec-02-2009 23:46:

I'd hire a cuter girl to beat up the cute girl that my wife hired.

Posted by Slylee on Dec-02-2009 23:49:

well girls are pretty damn sheisty and manipulative. she may not like it that you like this new girl so she's desperate to throw someone at you and hope you fuck it up...maybe she's really close with her cousin and the cousin knows how she feels about you so the cousin was willing to get you to fuck up and ditch that girl you're seeing just for your friend.

there HAS to be a reason. that's just weird for a girl to do that to her guy friend. you guys aren't even dating!
