Another great trance name for the new stage on Saturday: SOLARSTONE

For over a decade Solarstone (Rich Mowatt) has been creating dance-floor traffic jams with a convoy of revered club classics, all-out anthems & critically-acclaimed albums. Releases from Solarstones label projects Solaris, solarSwarm & Molecule are instrumental components of his highly individualistic sets and are constantly supported by the trance & prog spinning elite.
Solarstone behind a pair of CDJs is something that every electric dance music lover, planet-wide, should witness at least once in their clubbing careers! Rich brings together a clear and abiding love of melody with an intrinsic, perceptive aptitude for floor-quaking performances.

heb ik nog gezien in 2008 in Illusion. Er was praktisch geen kat aanwezig, maar ik vond hem in ieder geval niet slecht draaien

blijkbaar staat hij ook geprogrammeerd op zaterdag

More is yet to come next Monday 18 January!
So far you all know already 11 Tomorrowland artists.
But we still have more than 150 artists to announce!
Next few weeks you can expect more big names representing
the very best in progressive, psytrance, hardstyle, elektro, minimal music.

Er komt dus alleszins een psy-stage

He is considered to be one of the hottest producers/djs of the moment: AFROJACK

The stars must've been aligned just right when Nick van de Wall (also known as Afrojack) saw his first ray of light.
Music was his first love since day one, although it didn't manifest until his fifth year, when he started playing piano. Being a very creative student, Afrojack spent most of his time listening to all kinds of music while studying. To no surprise it didn't take him long to turn the tables around and start to make music instead of just listening to it.

Invasion from space: JOACHIM GARRAUD

Along with Laurent Garnier, he started as a DJ at the Boy, the Parisian club that first initiated the discovery of the techno phenomenon in France. He then successfully tried some music production with Maxximum radio station.

Becoming the pioneer of numerical music, he created with Jean-Charles Carr his own recording studio in the middle of Paris, which allowed him to remix, compose or produce artists such as David Guetta, Jean-Michel Jarre, Paul Johnson, Deep Dish, David Bowie, OMD, Kylie Minogue, Mylne Farmer, Cassius, Ceronne, Moby, Robbie Rivera... and many more.
Joachim developed a new concept, blending Deejaying and musical improvisation, thus giving a true concert, a unique live performance which soon gave him the opportunity to perform all over the World.

Again he is back with best electronic music, accompanied by the Kompakt crew: MICHAEL MAYER

Michael Mayer is one of the key figures of Cologne, Germany's electronic music scene. With the help of Wolfgang and Reinhardt Voigt - already cherished Cologne artists - he forged a characteristically grounded career, equally mundane and insane. Michaels time is split between producing tracks, DJing globally and overseeing the distribution of many of Europes underground labels. He works at Kompakt, a deceptively named business incorporating a vibrant release schedule, recording studios, distribution centres and a gigantic record store, all in the heart of Cologne.

Posted by Real on Jan-21-2010 17:04:

Aha very nice!

Posted by MikeVee on Jan-22-2010 10:53:

Another big trance name: AIRBASE

Jezper Sderlund AKA Airbase has so far released over 20 records and 50 remixes on labels such as Armada, Black Hole Recordings, Intuition to mention a few. He also co-wrote the Sensation Anthem Belgium 2004 together with his brother Andr (First & Andre Widescreen).
Hes had the pleasure of playing in places like America, England, Israel, Ibiza, Finland, Poland, Holland, Scotland, Rumania, Latvia, Estonia, Norway, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Switzerland and many other places.
