hello all, making my maiden ibiza voyage 8/30 - 9/4 and was wondering what the standard club attire is. shorts t-shirt and sneakers or do people go all out with button downs and nice shoes etc. just want to make sure i have what i need. lastly was wondering if anyone had good suggestions of ill beach clubs/bars to go max out at during the day whilst recovering from the madness. thx

all the clubs you can go shorts and t-shirts - its VERY casual...with the exception of Pacha. pacha is the most fancy of the clubs...but all the other ones you can seriously go in beach clothes. plus, its so fucking hot, you will want to go in shorts.

as for beach bars, i stayed in playa den bossa, everyone seems to chill right in front of bora bora then the music starts at 4.30 so daytime clubbing starts then.

i just got back, here is two sec review from the la board:

back from 8 days in ibiza and it almost killed me. no seriously. LOL. moderation was not observed.

anywho.

im not a dj, so i dont know all the track listing shit, but i know folks always like to know what major tracks are being played on the island...so the two i kept hearing were....the mark knigt/wolfgang gartner - conscindo track and the max vangeli an21 smack my bitch up. actually it felt like i heard that smack my bitch up track every freakin day...i couldnt stand it for some reason.

the island is back in full swing. imo, best party was hands circo loco dc 10 on monday...the vibe there is unmatched.

You can wear whatever you want. Most people wear t-shirts because it is way too hot to wear a full button down inside the clubs, but some people do it. Wear any comfortable shoes you have. Def hit up Bora Bora in Playa den bosa, starts at 4:30 but gets crazy around 6.

So I'm headed over in 10days and wanted to know how much money I should bring to the island? I will be there for 8 days. And are there any cheap bars around Playa d'en Bossa? And supposedly my hotel(Fiesta Hotel) includes breakfast/dinner and the option to buy a unlimited drink for 15 euro per day.

Which fiesta, i think there are 2 in playa? I met some girls that stayed in the palm beach one and they hated it, way too many families in the place, not for partying. You can always just get your own booze and hang out on the beach in front of Bora bora until they put the tarp up, which is around 7. Ibiza town has a much better bar scene.

Just the plain old Fiesta Hotel. I think this hotel has the same family vibe, but I've been reading that recent reviews and they say it is becoming less family oriented. I may do that own booze suggestion.

ur fine, they only have a small amount of tix online, buy ur tix when u get to the island like most people do, u'll have no problems finding tickets at pre parties or ticket outlets which are EVERYWHERE! dont worry

and worst comes to worst u can always go to the island biggest party for the past 11 years.... COCOOOONNN!

Well I'm back. And wow!!! One party everyone has to go to is the Zoo Project on Saturday. It's f'ing nuts. Great music, great atmosphere, cheap drinks (5 euro beer). And I believe every hot women from the UK and the rest of Europe was there dressed in barely anything. It ends at 12am but there is a free bus that takes you back to San Antoni and the party continues from there.
