Well, it comes in black and white...but I would never wear the black and white one again. For 300 bucks I want to wear it more than once.

There are a couple others I like, at any rate. View 'em all here:

I think you would look good in-

Actually, any of the earth tones with black, cream and whites are nice and would suit your complexion and hair, though I have noticed...

My shape would get lost in both of those styles. That's a key selling point of the first one I posted: it has a drawstring in the back to cinch the waist. The other ones I was eyeing up are

this, in both the black and white and white w/flowers:

and this in white:

This one might be ok too

If you needed a drawstring at the back I guess you could tailor it a bit, lop the hem off, redo the hem and sew it on the back to do up in a nice bow. I tend to have to tailor a lot of my stuff to get it looking right :/

Posted by Silky Johnson on May-16-2010 09:31:

Yep, I like that one too.

And yeah, being petite sucks sometimes. But it's better than being a big fat heifer amazon woman!

MUUMUU!

I'm going to be so dead today. I must make it through most nights by zoning out.

Now that I'm actively concentrating on something, I feel like I'm ready to sleep midshift.

must suck having to go to day raves

My eyeballs felt like they were going to pop out of my skull yesterday. I don't mind working 12 hours shifts, but not weird hours like 2300-1100. Especially after only have 4 hours sleep prior to.

I had an awesome sleep last night though.

That time period was always the hardest for me. whenever i sent an email that had lots of mistakes in it, it always happened in the 4 am hour. I started saving really tedious work for 4 am that didn't require a lot of thinking but was enough to keep me awake. once the sun comes up, i am good for another 4 hours.

I'm pretty much dead now. My labs get out at 17.

On the plus side, I should have annotations up to chapter ten by Sunday.

Yeah, I start the morning med pass at 6am..I do eye drops, inhalers, pain + nitro patches, and check blood glucoses. But there used to be a lot more residents with those kind of medications, so I used to start a half hour earlier. At any rate, I usually get all that stuff ready right at the beginning of my shift, so that I don't miss something in the morning.

Not to mention that if something happens, like a fall, or really agitated resident, etc., it always happens at shift change or when I'm trying to get something else done. This way I'm better organized and don't fall behind if something DOES happen.

Posted by Watts on May-27-2010 01:34:

Part time third shift officially sucks. I have stayed up past twenty-four hours a couple of times to keep my sleep schedule intact.

Was pushed down some stairs, more like.

"Wooo, shift's over, party time! Outta my way, old losers!" *shove*

I'm onto you and your shenanigans, Jenny.

Jenny should have done the easier thing like stripping. She got the body plus she likes that kinky shit. I bet you could easily make 700 bucks a night, plus she be in bed by 3am. No more people falling!

she was playing this in her ipod. it's not an excuse but still...

You fucks!

Actually what happened was the night girl came in for her shift, and as I was giving her report I thought I heard a thud and said "Did you just hear something??" Right after I said that the call bell went and the resident's room-mate said that the resident had fallen down the stairs.

He ended up being fine, just bumped his head pretty good and hurt his ribs. But the reason it happened is because he was having an extremely off/confused day. He was in his bed earlier that night pointing up at the ceiling talking to himself in Russian. Which is sort of normal for him...especially because we're approaching a full moon.

Old folks, especially with dementia, always get wacky when the full moon is coming.

So the stripping idea sucked eh?
