i'll make some burgers that are split into two, stuff them with american, pepperjack and bleu cheese, mold them back together so the cheese is contained. toast a bun, put 2 more slices of cheese on top of it. top it off with horseradish and thousand islands sauce.

andy capps cheddar/hot fries

ben & jerrys strawberry shortcake ice cream

fried chicken drumsticks with melted bleu cheese

and i fucking love the shit out of liver and hearts in a dense sauce on mashed taterz

oh and carne asada fries

Dunno if you would have tried these, but they're called finger limes and I know they're native to the central east coast of Australia.
Inside the flesh kind of grows in small balls, unlike most citrus fruits and are are extremely sour, but they're delicious to use in cooking.
Even here they're around $50 per kg so they're not cheap.
