Eating meat is probably the best thing ever�.
i only eat Kobe Beef with Kobe Bryant after a nice afternoon on rented Jet Skis.

i go to the supermarket and specifically choose the eggs that have "CAGED" stamped on them. i like to support economically-friendly produce.
Oh and yeah...meats such as pork and beef, have enzymes, which breakdown cholesterol when metabolized with the stomach acid.
Unless you are consuming half a cow a day, cholesterol should be the least of your worries.
