should be able to have custom status from the day you join, would rid off all useless posts trying to get higher count. i mean really, does it matter what you are!?

You cna see who the old school TA's are anyway from join date and checking their profile for post count.

That is so true. I've signed up in october 2001 (that was 3 years ago)
