Go out at weekends, get drunk, high, both, what ever. Hang out with mates, go clubbing, stay up all weekend all that stuff. You'll have a good time and have no energy or concentration for music production so it'll give a nice break from it all. Have a mad few weeks doing that.

Disclaimer: Drink and all that other stuff is bad, there are side affects.
