Wish I was in town for Victor. Should be a great evening.
Sort of an update on this venue and it's promoters.
Friday will be "Feelgood Friday's" and Saturday's will be Asian/hip hop nights because apparently they're doing upwards of $60k for the bar alone on Saturday
Thursday's and Sunday's are up in the air apparently with Thursday leaning more towards the gay crowd right now.
The promoters behind Fridays are George Khalil and Hersch Davis. They know nothing of talent as far as DJ's go and the first 4 bookings they realize were not a good choice. They say they are bringing in someone to head up the talent department here soon. I know who it is but I want to meet with this person and confirm it myself if possible. It would be a good move if they brought him on board but......all talk at this point though and I don't believe anything a promoter tells me.
I've been hired only verbally now to update and run all their online promotions on various sites, updating event info and just spreading info about the venue and its promoters in general. I will not be spamming your inbox that will be the actual promoters themselves. Someone mentioned the first few bookings as being east coast jersey shore type bookings and I agree 100% Not the best start for this venue but hopefully they can convince this person to come on board and start booking some good respectable DJs. Not that there's anything wrong with the current schedule but, it could be better obviously.
Good video showing the inside of the VIP room and that massive booth it has in it.

Just checked out the Exchange this weekend. (Non-trance event). This place is definitely the spot... it used to be the LA Stock Exchange. Sweet interior with a video screen that you can send text messages to all night long
lol, I remember when you could send text to the screens at Circus. The old days!
got victor pre-sales need set times now
tix bought, now hopefully victor will spin longer than a couple hours
fingers crossed
comp list like end up in SF and maybe we'll go
gonna be out in the DT area, if anyone wants to meet up for a beer or two before the show, we will be at dublins on flower and 7th. Looks like standard rooftop or suede at the bonaventure to unleash the top 40!
website says stonebridge on fri 11/26. how come I didn't see that before? Might be good way to burn off the thanksgiving dinner.
Gonna be insane tonight either email [email protected] for discounted list or get presales.

I heard on Pure Behrouz's show last night that he's going to be at The Exchange in December. I may check that out.
