You're probably right. The machine only saves a ton of time and labor when you're selling a ton of beer. That means a ton of cups. The advantage isn't in charging a big premium--it's in gaining market share in the dispenser and cup markets. It's only beneficial as a direct substitute for labor dollars. The dilemma is that you can always cut hours/personnel, but you can't stop using the expensive cups in off-peak times.
