It depends how you quantify "best". If we're talking about the best spectator experience, the German Bundesliga has the most goals, the best attendences and modern, safe stadia with cheap tickets. If we're talking about most exciting, that's subjective and quite difficult to quantify. Many claim the English Premiership has the fastest, most action-packed matches with many shock results, which is why it's the most widely-watched league in the world. If we're talking about technical skill, La Liga will claim victory. If we're talking about which league produces the best teams... English sides dominate the UEFA coefficients, with the Premiership the top ranked league based on European performances. However, with three Champion's League winners in the last eight seasons, Serie A still comes up with the winning teams more often than any other league.
