I know what you mean. After living for 3 years sleeping almost exclusively between 5 AM and 3 PM, I've really come to the point where my body's natural cycle seems to have reversed itself. Seeing the sun MAKES me tired. It's really strange.

It depends if I have to wake up early or not. I usually go to bed around midnight and I wake up either at 6.30 am (if I have to wake up early) ar about 8-9 am (if not). But I have to wake up early only 2 days a week, so I voted for 8-9.

Meh, dont like to sleep at night... normally i go to sleep at around 7 am... i'm almost incapable of going to sleep before that (unless i'm with my bf at which point i have no choice )
In total though i live happily on about 4-5 hours of sleep per day
