People seem to be misunderstanding the concept of circles. A circle for TA isn't a public entity where anyone can join, a circle for TA is specific to each user. A circle is not like a forum or group, it's a list of friends for your user account. Nobody can see who is in my TA circle, which makes it slightly more difficult for people to add each other.

You can add people by their email directly into the circle. You just have to type it out.

Can you explain? I used EDM because I wanted to make a circle where everyone can share any type of electronic music they desire. I didn't use "electronic music" in the title because I thought it was quick and easy just to name a circle EDM.

This circle is bit too large for me, and i dont want to add blindly everyone. As i have noticed, it is extremely annoying to add some1 who is only flooding YouTube videos and comments "Oh WOW this is a stormer".

Nevertheless, i appreciated your effort for doing this.

Just wanted to share my take on this. In general, my interest towards G+ deepens everyday.
