I'm considering going to this. Where's everyone staying at? What was the cheapest flight you found from LAX?

More than a few that did the wristband thing were wishing they had gotten indivuidual tix instead as there were some good free parties, free daytime stuff too, etc. I'm still not sure about getting wristband, looks like it went up this year in pricing.

Anyone find any all inclusives in Playa? How much are you paying? If you're doing condos, what do you do for food?

Steve Angello sticks out like a sore thumb on that lineup lol

I'm going New Years Eve nonstop with United Airlines. Checked a couple days ago and it was $212.00 with tax. I'm coming back Sunday January 8th with Virgin America (close to $300 with tax)

Spirit Airlines also has cheap flights but stops in Fort Lauderdale. (and they nickel and dime ALOT!)

WOW!! Awesome lineup. Is it just me or does it look like more commercial djs (steve angello, cedric gervais) are performing at these events?

they were there last year I believe but they are the exception rather than the norm.

Anyone who has been care to give a run down of the clubs, etc? What can we expect?

both Steve and Cedric have played at BPM before and their sets have been more than adequate. They can play more than just commercial and in my opinion they played rather well and it suited the environment. if not 'techno' enough for you there are other options every night.

I think it's pretty cool that there are both 'techno' and 'house' opitons every night. If it was just banging techno ther wouldn't be enough ladies around.

Santanera is a really cool club with the main room downstairs and a very nice open terrace upstairs. They regularly host techno and house djs.

Blue parrot is a beach type club which is a lot of fun. Pink elepehant is a more upscale type club that opened last year. Cool to see BPM doing events there.

Mamitas, Kool, and Royal Cabana are all beach/day clubs. This is what you expect out of Miami and often don't get.

All clubs are within 5 minute walking distance except for the rebel rave cave party at Alux. that's a short cab ride.

Laidback Luke played last year and I remember he tweeted that he needs to work on getting his name up in Mexico. lol He said the party was pretty empty.
