-- What do you think about Ferry Corsten?
Pages (4): « 1 2 [3] 4 »
This is the most recent thing I liked. However, it is pure awesome.
That new Can You Feel It track is terrible.
Ferry Corsten was the guy who got me into trance.
I don't like his new stuff quite as much as his older stuff though. His Once Upon a Night compilation was pretty good.
I like "Brute" to the very last saw tooth.
Not much of a fan of his recent stuff.
You can't take away his amazing work as System F, Albion, Veracocha and Gouryella. Plus, I love his remix of clear blue water.
And he was also the DJ who got me into trance
I'm a big fan of him, I still like him an dI don't think he killed Trance. TIABM was nice Trancey album and he proved he still go it, he's said it he can't do all Trance and he always produced diff styles, which is true. But he got famous by his Trance records and you surely can't disagree those tracks are unforgettable and they never get old, doesn't matter how u bash him. (as bassit mentioned)
As far as his newest productions, I absolutely do NOT like FEEL IT and SO GOOD, they really annoy me, but the rest I do like them and looking forward for his new artist album.
he's a good producer, in my opinion...
P.S. : why don't you make a topic named:"What do you think about David Guetta?" ? Maybe in 3 days or so I'll see at least 199 pages of replies to topic

I think so many things
Always loved Ferry Corsten... its already been said but in his day he could put together some quite incredible sets...
Also he made this which the Thrillseekers made into one of my all time favourite tracks...
Ferry Corsten - Sublime (Thrillseekers Remix)
you cant say anything bad about someone whos brought us so many memories and great moments, listening to early system f n gouryella was like losing ur dance virginity.
I'm listening to his year end mix now. Its nothing short of impressive. I love this guy!!

Honestly:
I havent been listening alot too ferry corsten but i saw him in ibiza this summer and that was a blast no doubt
I like Ferry Corsten a lot, a lot of old great remixes. His latest album had a few good tracks...
I'd take him over Armin, Tiesto, PVD now.. but that isn't saying much since all the old classic Trance DJs/Producers blow now.
Am I the only their who thinks out of the blue is cheesy?
The violin crap was pushing it too. But don't get me wrong the Gouryella project was fabulous.
His track Brain Box, if heard live, will throw the crowd into a massive epic shitstorm. Very good club track I love it.
Out of the blue gets kinda boring though and I prefer the Stoneface & Terminal remix.
Anyone have a good live Ferry set from last 6 months, pref longer than 2 hrs? Just curious to what he plays nowadays

Yeah I think fun is generally the way I would describe old ferrence. Back in 03-05 I had a number of really good nights out with him behind the decks.
these two are faves that have yet to be mentioned

Fun to watch such a response. That's the fun of vocals.
He did make many awesome remixes too, forgotten?
Still love these for example:
