I was setting some things straight. But if you had took the time saying that for example the tests were ultra sounds then I wouldn't commented on that. You are 100% right about those... the system is fucked at the moment.

The forums were meant for discussion and expressing opinions, if all you want to hear is people saying stuff you want to hear then just buy yourself a fucking parrot and thats it man. You have a bad attitude here and its not the first time, always bitching in the Montreal forums.

the only thing I can say about Canada is that I LOVE that country. I had a real ball when I've been there.... want to go back so bad!!!!

yep, they have new technology.. but, it doesn't really matter, the entire world is going to run out of fossil fuels soon, not just alberta.

That's true...

My dad lives in Edmonton (LeDuc actually) and heads up a fab-shop that constructs the conveyer belts to dig up that oil in the Fort McMurray area.
He says that the oil companies and throwing Billions & Billions (yes....BILLIONS) of dollars up there to get it.

For years the process to extract the oil was more expensive than the oil itself.
Technology nowadays makes it more affordable, hence a shitload of money being spent; there's a LOT of oil up there!

Edmonton as a results is growing like crazy...
(Mind you the whole province of Alberta has been growing like crazy for a few years now...)

oh...we got super high taxes here in the USA too. People fail to realize it though. I mean, just look at the social security tax, and the other bs that adds up to 22% they take away from your paycheck. Then check your bills. EVERY FUKKIN SINGLE BILL that you have to pay has some kind of city utility tax, state tax, communication tax...what not...and then the 8.8% sales tax in Washington state.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT...what you end up in the end is like 50% of what you should have had if there were no taxes.

that's just the way it goes. although shit runs smoothly around here...so i dont have a problem on taxes.

oh, forgot to mention, GAS TAX, and SIN taxes on alcohol and cigarettes. some 20% on alcohol, and well....a whole lot of taxes on cigarettes.
