I been thinking on this of what you said and I feel I replied wrong. It's not so much a Catch 22 because women admitting they been rape doesn't make their lives easier but according to the writer of the prison survival guide, he said she had a past of mental illness and tried to frame another guy for rape before him but that cause didn't lead the man to prison.
