I grew up watching horror movies of all kind, and the last one that actually scared me was Blair Witch. Seriously. If you saw it right when it came out in the theater before all the hype, it was pretty effective.

Lynch has some genuinely scary stuff too. Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive, and Inland Empire had some freaky parts to them.
