..being dramatic about it naturally, i will probably still go, but i am not going to pay $112 for the floor nor anything for a reserved seat where i can't sit with any of my friends who may or may not be going, so my only option is 50 for nosebleed section after hauling to san jose on a thursday. the states and bay area in particular are always getting the shaft on these shows so i have to draw the line somewhere. i'm going to take 6 months to think about it and see how i feel about it on wednesday, and if they want to sell that out so be it
$117 for floor tickets at the Forum?? I think it's time to stop encouraging the greedy promoters. First Armin gig I'm skipping in years. Oh well, it was nice knowing you.

you're paying for a show. If Armin ever comes back to play a club, you can pay your $60.
I was on the fence, but seeing as all the other shows floor tickets sold out, I bought a couple, which sold out.

i'm seeing digweed and sasha extended sets and a dubfire 8 hour set this next month and paid $60 total for all 3 lol. $100 to be on the floor with 18 year old trance families? nothx =/
no AVB for me... tired of paying $$$$$ for a 4 hour show and at a small space...
Looking at the seat map, the forum appears to have a really small floor area. I've seen posts (elsewhere) that people are just buying the cheapest seat tix and will "get to the floor no matter what."
Floor tix were already sold out when I checked, so I'm either skipping this or waiting for Saturday to open up.
IMO this event is a total joke. Who wants to see Armin in seats or fork over $120 to be floor level? His palladium gig promoting Intense earlier this year was 4 hours and had some of the vocalists there...a bigger production and 1 extra hour just doesn't warrant the price tag.
in Armin's defense, there just isn't a venue that will host such a show. Not unless the new mayor brings back raves as he mentioned after winning the election.
