So...
MSG = dancing in a row of seats???

Is this right or am I missing something?

How the hell can anyone enjoy that!?! It's so preposterous!
Someone please tell me I am wrong.

Nope, you are correct. Asot 600 sucked ass and Sensation was only saved by the fact I was on the floor most of the night and the music was decent. Avoid these arena events like the plague.

Yikes... Thanks for the input, cr24. =]

Sensation '12 or '13?
'12 turned out not to be half bad, last two sets (Voorn, Fanciulli ) were good.
With the whole venue on GA, and the floor access cl.-fuck, nvr. made it there, but this also left very good row spots so empty, that there were 3-4 seats avail. for dancing, not ideal, but enough nor to ruin things.
sight lines were way better from there than floor.
got even better by mid., people were leaving in droves, lol, best part had only been on for 2h...
lol, kids
once was definitely enough, 2x 2h of good acts for that price is not worth it.
with the changes for '13, no reason at all to go, and seems enough people agreed, seeing just one day and no fast sellout.
I haven't really seen any '13 feedback.

compared to MSG though, Sensation was a jewel.
forgetting the dj issue, a dance event at the garden, if not floor GA, is pointless. but even if on floor, blows there, close way too early.
$50 would be too much, esp. '13 AvB
this one fail all over it.
(dead horse, sorry)

No problem :-)

And CarS, 2012. Saw the prices this year and kept it moving haha

Posted by CarS on Dec-20-2013 18:29:

did you do fri or sat?
if Sat, curious, was it much like my experience, crowd wise, also, meh first 3?

Posted by cr24 on Dec-20-2013 18:57:

Friday...The vibe was definitely weird. I saw a LOT of trannys...and kids. It was kind of awkward.

Fedde was boring, Mr. White was creepy
looking, Joris Voorn played the best set, and Fancuilli and Ferrer both played decent sets.

LOL worst part is, between 5 of us we probably spent $100 on water and when the show was over, we moved around the stage and discovered the water refill station that had never been advertised. Oh well

It seems that the crouch down is here in the USA, and here to stay... If a crouch down can be done at MSG, it can be done anywhere... Lol

horrible speakers...
(note: I was 10 feet away from the stage pretty much the entire night)

production was pretty good though.. with the side acts, singers, dancers, etc etc.

Posted by CarS on Apr-14-2014 17:25:

what side acts?

Isn't any Armin show just a giant side-act at this point?

did he play anything off In Motion???

Posted by viperx29 on Apr-15-2014 17:01:

Nope mostly cheesy stuff with the occasional "trance". Some decent good stuff but like I told cars, at these "intense" shows he promises an hour of classics but his warm up was literally an hour and a half so he took up the rest of the time with the typical new armin stuff.
