Muslim food is the only edible thing in China. So sad that they are about to exterminate them. No bleeding hearts in chinkville.

If you think allowing 1,000,000+ Muslims into your country shows competence, I'm afraid you are too far gone to ever see reason. "Compassion" in this case is endangering the western world.

In the real world, we call this "Pathological Altruism".

The real what?

Germany shocked by Cologne New Year gang assaults on women:

Wow, that's really bad.

Years back, I was watching one of those, "I survived" shows and a young woman who survived a ferry capsizing in Indonesia (I think) said most people couldn't swim. She managed to make a float out of her pants or something. But she came across another survivor out in the middle of the ocean and he tried to grope her.

That kind of suppressed male hormone culture is insane.

It is, in Cologne, the number of reports of sexual assault and robbery during the New Year rose sharply to 379 as not all women lived in Cologne. In about 40 percent of the cases involve sexual violence. The group of men was about 1000.

Also in Hamburg there were 108 reports and in Bielefeld there are reports of assaults after around 500 men violently invaded a disco and women were harassed.

Yes. Men who aren't allowed to see women, interact with them until marriage? It has the effect, (and I've met some of these guys as they experienced the Western world), of creating men that don't know how to act around women who aren't covered up or chaperoned.

Think of it as growing up and never being socialized around women. On top of that you are told again and again that Western women are all whores.

Add a little alcohol to the mix of a large crowd of immigrant men who came without wives or other family members - that don't know how to behave around Western women and you get this kind of crap.

Now it may turn out to be a bunch of German hooligans, alcohol and men could result in something similar regardless of the culture. But I doubt that's what this was about.

There already were some problems with North-Africans in Collogne, but this suddenly exploded. I think no-one expected or imagined something like this could happen. They say it was organized.
There's a lot to investigate I guess.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...age-victim.html

They were identified as not speaking native German and 'Arab and North African-looking' men.

Now ask yourself this. Has Germany recently accepted thousands of North African refugee men? Do you think the witnesses knew the difference on sight? Do you think it makes a difference where they were from if they were recent refugees from gender segregated cultures?

Posted by DJ RANN on Jan-11-2016 00:40:

I think one of the worst things about the attacks on cologne is that apparently out of the 33 suspects they have either identified or arrested, 18 of them have been confirmed as Asylum seekers.

While most European countries have a lot of a colonial guilt which is part of the basis for an overly politically correct climate, we'll probably see a shift towards a little more discretion on migration in to these countries.

Posted by Lira on Jan-11-2016 02:43:

To be fair though, 18 offenders out of 1.5 million asylum seekers last year alone is probably the usual amount of rotten apples you'd find in any extremely large group.

If this happened every day for a year (quite an exaggeration as crime rates haven't gone up), this means 4% of all asylum seekers would go on to commit a crime. Hardly a reason to vilify the other 96% as some people now do.

Posted by AlphaStarred on Jan-11-2016 02:54:

What I don't understand is how one can be a peace-loving, devout Muslim and follow Islam - the Quran. The latter is a violent, extremist ideology still being practiced today. Islam and peace seem rather contradictory.

That's not quite the right way to look at the statistic though; There were now 500 confirmed attacks and the police have only identified 33 suspects so far.

The shocking part os that out of the 33 they have been able to identify (and they have dozens more to identify) more than half of those were asylum seekers. It's not really about how many immigrants in a given country are rapists, but out of a small group suspects, the majority are asylum seekers.

It's daily mail fodder for sure but it's slightly worrying that even a single person that has been give safeheaven in a welcoming country would do that.

The same could be said about the Bible, the Torah, 50 Shades of Grey... Yet it doesn't mean readers of these books go berserk killing people left, right and centre. Context, for one thing, matters quite a lot.

Actually, you're not disagreeing with me: There were 500 attacks, which is not to say there were 500 attackers (unless all attackers struck only once). So the numbers I posted are still valid and what you said is also correct

And I agree with you about it. I really can't grasp how someone can do it to a people that welcome him or her with open arms. But, there are twats. The larger the group, the more likely it is to have at least one among them

Please stop. The old testament is just as, if not more violent.

That's not an argument, because the violence in Islam - the Quran - is being implemented to this very day. The violence in the Bible and the Torah are not.

Exactly, but you do see radical Muslims go berserk killing people left and right all in the name of Allah/Islam.

Just as we've seen radical Christians and ultra-orthodox Jews do the very same thing. Even nationalist Buddhists in Burma/Myanmar are known to lash out at "non-Burmese" outsiders... And the Buddha pretty much just talked about nirvana and chill!

Posted by AlphaStarred on Jan-11-2016 04:45:

Sure, but it's still not an argument against my original point. How can you reconcile Islam with peace if it commands the slaying and/or subjugation of all non-believers?

The same way followers of other religions ignore similar cals to violence: They read it within a theological framework that explains the context (reason muftis and Muslim clerics alike have told jihadi nutters to cut it out). Muslims themselves can't even agree among themselves on what Islam should be (Sunnis and Shias disagree on quite a lot), so it's hard to say "you can't do X with Islam" as if it were just one thing. Even if you take the Quran, you don't just read a religious text and take it literally because "hey, it's written here!". Or rather, you shouldn't...

Literalism (Islamic or otherwise) is quite recent, having spread from Christian fundamentalism to other Abrahamic religions, possible only because after the Protestant reformation the Bible (rather than the Church) was taken to be an all-knowing arbiter and source of religious truth.

So, no, Islam doesn't command the slaying of all non-believers (if you don't believe me, you can check its five pillars for yourself and see there's no bit that says "Kill off all heretics!" ), otherwise you'd see a 1.5 billion Muslims waging total war against infidels. Phew!

Lira, in Muslim countries if you're homosexual, adulterous or an apostate, you're liable for death. There is virtually no freedom of speech (or religion). I'm aware of The Five Pillars of Islam, but it's not the entirety of the religion. There are plenty of versus in the Quran that incite violence against non-believers and apostates - things, again, which you see to this very day worldwide. If you look at the history of Islam, it's been about bloody conquest and subjugation since day one. If you weren't a "believer," you weren't allowed equal rights in Muslim land.

One would hope that with the assimliation of new immigrants into a new totally different culture...that the immgrant would learn to adopt the not only the language(most important), but also the ideas and values that led to the emergence of that country as a independent State.

Like in most big cities there's always a China town.. Does China town ever cause the City problems...how does china town get started...because people who speak the same language end up grouping together. Like Language is the most important aspect of Culture....Go visit your local China town..guarantee you will find tons of people who can't even speak the Country's language..ie. English.

But most Chinese are christian or buddhist or nothing......

The difference with Muslims is that it is directly related to Law and State procedure.....being Buddhist doesn't change any laws...but being Muslim does....

Being Jewish doesn't affect any laws but it does affect what you can get away with...like child molestation..in the talmud...it might not say that you can molest children but it doesn take much to pervert the words to let you do that...and there is tons of stories of jewish pedophilia in New York with Rabbis.

The problem is that these cultures are STILL basing modern everyday goings-on on these books that were written thousands of years ago...that is the main problem

We live in a secular world. And we base our rule and law around precedents and it is a living thing.

But i do think that the right to bear arms was a good one that even though it is old...and not popular with some people/..and maybe slightly outdated.....

See its like this....it takes thousands of years of killing and fighting within a like group of people...to nail out documents like magna carta.....And you want to keep those ones....and never change them....because they are like a cyclicle thing in societies...where you have the cycle of tyranny

All of the abrahamic religions(especially dont forget the torah) chime similar passages when taken literally. The big problem is relgion period- but since we can't abolish religion - the key is to educated people and empower those who have a more moderate view of the religions to help interpret and spread its word.

As for you, you're parading around in your Israeli flag when your "country" is carpet bombing palestenians and has essentially created an apartheid state. lol

This all sounds reminiscent of hitler saying that the Jews are hoarding all germany's wealth and they should be abolished to the ghettos.

a few depraved refugees out of a whole lot of them isn't justification for all out bigotry. Albeit "Islam" isn't a race, this thread is about "North Africans" which is close to a physiological demographic group.

These people should be dealt with as criminals - be deported or whichever. No reason to start scapegoating an entire 1.6 billion people or a few million north africans because of the actions of a few criminals.

Didn't you learn anything from the holocaust? I'm sure some of your close family either was gased, burned, tortured or held in some sort of unhumane captivity.

The irony..
