Yea I did. I just never thought to do it with sugar or cocoa, lol. Too bad I can't pass my chili through the screen, or else you'd all shut the fuck up and enjoy.

Cocoa is more for adding more depth of flavour, not so much sweet balance. We use pure unsweetened. Try it.
