Man, its been a REAL pain to upload in the FTP. Whenever im uploading a file, it crashes in the middle of the transfer, and if i try to resume it, it crashes even more, lol. I aways hav to do many tries to upload each file, and keep praying it wont crash forcing me to restart it from the begining (what is a pain for a phone line user like me)

Do u know something that must be wrong here? Like a net configuration or something that would help me?

Yeah I tried the IP at the beginning but its not working... Anything else I need to know to hook up to the FTP?

Also - I downloaded like the ENTIRE modarchive.com website - should I post some of those samples?

I want to know the same thing. When it was up, I tried to get get an account but I never got any replies....

I don't have a definate answer, my ISP cut off my connection because I was running a server which was against their user licence agreement. What i'm currently doing is waiting for the ISP to scan me again, then I can block the IP of the machine doing the scans at my firewall.

Yeah, my isp has that clause in the contract too (you may NOT etc.... ), so good luck with the blocking lol.

I use Snort + Acid as the IDS (intrusion detection system) and iptables for my firewall on a linux box.

I've account on a fast speed place with alot of disk-space.

I can give you a few GB for sample etc..
If you can make it a good place for producters, let me know.

im able to set up a new ftp if people are interested. tho i only have 100mb of space left, should be enough for patches and samples in mp3 format i think.

let me know. if there are enbough people who want the ftp back you guys can start pm-ing me prefered username and passwords (this means dont pm me yet).
