B-Side to X-Tension, was released in 2001!

Most under-rated tunes:

Shane 54 - Equinoxe 4 : classic, driving and uplifting and unique sounding.

Oliver Lieb presents Smoked - Metropolis (Darren Christian remix) : Agreed on whoever mentioned this earlier in the thread, still in my box to this day!

Planisphere - Totem : huge, huge, huge tune that nobody seems to acknowledge. Always destroys a crowd.

Rebel Grooves - Automatic : the supreme quality you expect when Deruyter and L-Vee come together. A suprising lack of appreciation shown.

Katana - Alesis : I seem to be the only one who likes this

John Askew - New Dimension : great tune that just hasn't made the impact I thought it would.

Autumn is also my favorite pvd tune, who im originally not too crazy about lol

Love is in the air

Apoptygma Berzerk - Kathy's Song (Ferry Corsten Remix)

Posted by Cobalt on Aug-08-2003 07:09:

>> Taylor - Slide

Excellent progressive house/trance track from the US master. It's unfortunate that he did relatively little production given the talent.

>> Sphere - Gravity

This one did get a spot on GU011 (its flip side Gravi-tech was on GU014 too), but otherwise I hear so little of it. It is one of the slickest productions I've ever heard, subtle yet relentless in progression.

>> Carissa Mondavi - Solid Ground (Fade Vocal Mix)

This one I never understood. Solid vocal. Killer progressive trance sound. No one cares. Hmm.

>> The Space Brothers - Legacy

This was, in my opinion, THE 1999 vocal track (followed by Ascension - Someone). Yet it seems to always escape mention in that category. The main line that kicks in for the second half is simply wonderful.

>> Amara - Pulse (and Nimbus)

I know this one did make some waves, and I suppose its failure to make even bigger waves was due to lack of name recognition. Single-handedly blows away most productions I hear today.

>> Memnon - Eclipse (Luzon Mix)

I only saw this around some tribal-trance/prog playlists, but I think it's classy and flexible enough to break out of that shell.

Nice '99 Classic remix by the currently known as Rank 1. I don't see any flaws that its underated.

Well, I don't see it mentioned anywhere, even not in classic tunes listings. That's why I feel it's kind of underrated. Feel free to disagree though.

Dang, we don't need lengthy explanations. Just put a friggin' song out there, like Jan Johnston - Communicate.
Thanks, {{{smoke}}}
