If youre not black u have no credability to use it whatsoever. Now if you have black friends that think its acceptable to use with them then so be it, if not you have no business saying it whatsoever. Im black i will admit i used to use it but not ne more because its just better words to use than that, something u realize when u get older.

sigh...blame it on the rap artists to cause people like "koreandj" to think Nigga means a "friend" or "close one".

only for trendy suburban white kids

I use that word all time when talking amongst friends but I wouldn't dare say that in front a black person.

But I didn't say that I actually say the word. I rarely use that word, I might use the word once in a while to be funny thats about it. Do you know how funny it will be if a korean kid says NIGGA at the end of every sentence he uses? But that's just....

You hear Korean people using that word all the time? I hope you are not stereotyping Koreans, because I know a lot of people who doesn't use the word.

I think it is a bad word, and i find it just as bad when a black person uses it, and not just a white person.

The word "nigga" IS NOT A BAD WORD. Like you said or a title to anybody. A black dude I met on the street told me "Look man you can say nigga, but make sure you say nigga and not ******, b/c then we got a problem" Then other black friends told me the same thing, as long as it's nigga. I use it with my white friends too fitting the definition KoreanDJ made. But I only use nigga around black ppl I ABSOLUTELY KNOW IT'S COOL WITH other than that they might take it the wrong way when I don't mean disrespect.

with my black friends, being able to say the word "nigga" is sort of like right of passage, acceptance if you will, into their clique. I do not recomment white people saying it to people they do not know VERY well, nor do i recommend anyone saying it in serious context. But, of course, the media supports this kind of language. It is hard to determain what is ok to say and what is not.
