good choice. hehehe. i got that total gym one (the one that chuck norris endorses) and i must say...it works quite well actually.
Well, I'm really into soccer so I play for my highschool team but now the season's over. So basically I sit on my ass all day at the computer
Healthy huh? By the time summer comes, i'll be doing alot more clubbing, dancing, and definetely more situps. And yes, dancing is a hell of a workout.
oh yeah for sure. dancing has got to be one of the best calorie burning activities. but nothin' beats sex.
burns your calories in an instant...lol.
oooooh ya, if chuck norris endorses it...it's gotta be good LOL hahhaah, i enjoy watching those infomercials...they really are soooo lame!!

I work out 2 times a day and i play basketball alot so im pretty fit.can run forever and do all sorts its funn
year - 2 years ago...... i was addicted of working out i used to go 5 - 6 times a week 3 - 4 hours a day...when i still was in highschool.....i was 5'11 170bs benched 350lbs....17in arms and leg pressed 500lbs....but now i dont haven any time for the gym anymore i still go twice a week to keep it up.... im about the same height and weight but my bench went down to around 300lbs and my legpress shit i dont know i dont max out anymore but probably not as strong anymore........ work/school/trance ...hardly any more time for workin out

i still got a wayz to go before i can bench 300. i can only bench what...like 175 right now.

the only things that are dubbed here ,are those funny infomercials,and live-conversations,all the rest is subtittled

I have started back at the gym for about 3 weeks now, but yesterday was the first day that I started with the big weights...oh boy am I sore!
I can't wait to get big though, I am a little stick right now

True that...
Once I worked out the same muscles group twice in one day... the next day I felt like a big glob of jello, I could barely move.. It was horrible... but that was when all I cared about was getting in shape for football... I did too... I used to be able to bench 250 and leg press 600... Ah well, don't want this to seem like I'm bragging so I'll just stop 
hehe...I tried to pick up my record bag today when I was leaving for work, and could barely lift it onto my shoulder.
It's okay though....I'll be buff soon enough!

Just try to avoid working the same muscles on consecutive days... That was my key to success... like chest and triceps one day, and biceps and shoulders the next... I dunno if thats the "proper" way to do it, but it worked for me
Hey DjBod...do you have any websites that have info on suggested weight training routines?
Actually, I do not... When I was working out more heavily, there was a trainer assigned to the school who helped me make a regimen based on what I wanted to achieve... I could keep my eye out for one, if ya want...

yeahh all the trackz they play at the gym are so commericial and shitty. lol. i always bring my cd playa along with me.
