i'm drunk, it's my best friend's 21st and we're going downtown soon. until then we're dancing like sexy banshees to old rap. right now it's hoes in different area codes. i'm headed for the puke 'n' rally because i'm too full from severral games of pong and flip cup, plus mexican dinner and margaritas. hope y'all have a good (drunk) night.

WE"RE BACK! my best friend is over the toilet (as she should be!) and i think she might be there for a while. i had to go next door to pee

to any girls reading this: if you tell men at a bar that you and your friends are lesbians, they will buy you drinks AND leave you alone. it's a key strategy

we had a ton of fun, i paid just about nothing for an insane amount of drinks and i wish tonight weren't saturday because i'm not ready for the weekend to end (despite the fact that my weekend started wednesday night).

I havent slept in 2 days...long story...

kinda tired. been sober for 3 days now I think, its terrible. I just dont want to drink? I dont get it. Anyways. Dunno. Just life at the moment. Work, school. Oh, thats a shitty thing. I have ONE class this quarter...ONE. and there is not a SINGLE CUTE GIRL IN MY CLASS. Most if not all are so ugly I wouldnt even be friends with them. GRRR!!!

Made my bi annual journey to downtown portland this evening....yeah i know it's only 20 minutes away...but essentially it's to make sure everything down there is still the same....very lame. In fact...I'm back before midnight it's that bad.

Essentially, there are plenty of people, however, they get into there little groups of 3 or 4 and create an inpenatrable bubble so that no intermingling can occur. I tell you...it's the most screwed up city in the world...honestly I don't know how anyone meets anyone if they are all so closed up. Personally I think it's inbreeding or something, but there is little hope for a transplant like myself to actually meet people in this place.

Blaahhh ...that's my depressing rant for the night.

what's new? i'm watching fear and loathing. enjoying it thoroughly. working on eating intense amounts of candy.

considering getting drunk.

Other than that...I bought an MP3CD walkman yesterday so I can take all my tunes/livesets with me to Branson this week.

I watched the Princess Bride earlier today too.

I have to go to bed in a bit...have a lot of stuff to do at work in the morning.

sorry you're going to bed soon, i was hoping to have some company none of my roommates are here, or have been here for several hours. i think they're all at their boyfriend's for the night... one might be at the library.

what are your favorite sets? aka, which ones will be keeping you sane in bumblefuck? i always have to bring a good book because i can honestly lose myself in a book so thoroughly that i think i'm there.

Well since I dun have too many sets..there are only a couple I really like and listen to.

I have already burned all of my misc single EDM tracks onto a disc and all thw GWAR albums onto one disc. I am going to have to separate my 80's tunes into 2 discs (I have over a gig of 80's tunes alone)

I will probably pick up a good book or two before I leave as well. I will have a little time to read. Since my days are 10 hours long and I can only drink so much beer and be able to work the next morning.

As far as the luck with the ladies goes....we have yet to see if it is better than Scrat's luck with the old acorns.....been through quite a dry spell but things appear to be on the up and up. Won't know for certain for a while though.

the pvd @ energy set is like the nature one set, but i prefer nature one because it's longer and therefore has room for more diversity. live @ energy is pretty much all off of reflections, isn't it?

have some homeowrk to do and i just don't feel like it. i'm trying to decide what movie i can watch next to procrastinate. for some reason i'd really like to watch "the english patient" although i normally don't like tearjerkers. it's just all so beautiful and wrenching without being cheesey.

unfortunately, i'll have to find something else. if i could just find my book this wouldn't be an issue!

You could watch City of Angels....that is a sap movie I will loan you my copy (I got it for free with my player).

What book did you lose? I am currently re-reading my favorite book for the 8th time (i think that is the count now) Faerie Tale by Raymond E. Feist.

city of angels, that was beautiful too. and i mean visually when i say beautiful. sometimes the visceral experience is enough.

the book i lost was the one about the plague, year of wonders. i just looked at the book thread in political discussion -- never noticed that you asked me about watership down! i just learned random things about how rabbits feed and stuff like that.

think i'm going to search my apartment for this book!

Ok...my eyeballs are startin to roll back into my head as in my sig...time to put some sheets on the bed and go snoozin.

I have read all of Feist's books (except the new one and the Janny Wurts collaborations) at least twice. Faerie Tale is by far his bes book in my opinion. Closely folowed by Prince of the Blood. Nakor is one of the funniest characters ever written.
