Pic taken last night after running 12 miles (half a marathon) non-stop for the first time. I'm not trying to make any kind of 'look', this is me when I'm focused and determined to make shit happen in my life.

And for those who may of missed the memo. May days of using drugs, tobacco and yes..even alcohol, are over. There comes a point in life where enough is enough, and I get tired of certain people, places and things holding me back and/or slowing me down. For those who enjoyed my drunken posts and alcohol-fueled commentaries at the parties....sorry.

I been a drug user for along time now...finally getting off the neddle and XTC was the hardest, please no one give me a junkie phrase here about the needle,what do you think all this crap XTC flooding the USA market is cut with....yeah heroin. It just the same as snothing coke ..it just has a taboo to it. Ooooo but I'm off it. Please change your surrounds because they cause trigges to make you do it again

Well, when I commit to changing something in my life, it's done. The lesson I have learned about all of the substances is that I don't need them. I'm not going to be one that preaches to everyone else to stop doing what they do.

There are people out there that can drink and do drugs and not let them hold me back in life. Unfortunately that just isnt the case for me. Ah well its all good. With the physical fitness, skydiving and music goals I really don't need anything anymore

San Antonio Rock n Roll Marathon - 12-14-2010

Haven't bought the pics with the white lettering yet, so their just the previews I copied. Along with 7 months sobriety, training for this marathon in less than 4 months and pushing myself to finish it at the time I did was probably the hardest challenge I've ever had to do as a civilian.

And I've changed alot as a person since. Thought I'd share.
