If he for an example said something like "You look like shit, you Black animal" I would've fucking punished him. But I haven't heard of any insults or things like that. The other guy gave him the ball and Eto'o clearly showed he wanted it, but then changed his mind and took it with the breast, pretty hilarious
But once again, the Athletic-player probably said something too Eto'o that made him angry. Eto'o is the one who's much gulityier, I must say that was an unexplainable thing that he did.
Anyways, I wonder if he's going too be punished, Appearantly not, Haven't heard anything about this after Sundays-game.
Eto'o was just mad Deco got the red card. He was provoking another player to level the number of players in the field. Simple as that. He should be suspended for life.

How are you ppl overlooking the Bilbao coach implying Eto'o is a monkey!? Many have spit and after a while it gets overlooked why should the coach come out and say something like that...

Anoter stupid thing too say, I mean, He should never do such a thing even though he's lost a very prestigious match, Because it usually is.

where the fuck have you guys seen the spit ? i watched FSW Report and they didn't talk about it, they did mention Deco being suspended for pulling the other dude's hair but nothing about eto'o spitting or whatever

EXPOSITO: ETO'O SPAT AT ME Athletic Bilbao defender Unai Exposito has criticised Barcelona's Samuel Eto'o following their clash in the closing stages of Bilbao's defeat at the Nou Camp on Sunday. Tempers flared late in the game when Deco pushed Bilbao's Carlos Gurpegui in the back of the head to spark a mass melee. Deco was then shown a red card for his actions, and as the clock ticked down in stoppage time, Eto'o is alleged to have spat at Exposito. "I don't know what went through his head, maybe his wires got crossed, but he definitely spat. I supposed he regretted it straight away," said Exposito. "I don't want him to apologise. If he thinks it was an error, it's okay, either way it's fine. "The referee's assistant saw the action. I'm certain he did," he added. "Perhaps he didn't want to create a controversy. "This has never happened to me before and it shouldn't happen in football because these are ugly things and it only hinders the sport. "Eto'o is a great player but as a person, he has let me down." The Cameroon star has made a statement about the incident, claiming if he did spit on Exposito, it was not deliberate. "I have not done anything," Eto'o told Punto Radio. "At no time did I spit at him. I did spit but it did not go on him. If it did touch him then I apologise."

Barcelona's Eto'o: I didn't spit at Unai tribalfootball.com - January 16, 2006 Samuel Eto'o has asked Athletic Bilbao's Unai Exposito to forgive him after the Barcelona striker spat at the defender during yesterday's 2-1 win. Click here! Eto'o insists he wasn't aiming at Exposito, saying: "I have not done anything wrong. I have not spat at him and if I have touched him I ask him to forgive me, but I was not going to spit. "At no moment have I spat at him. I have spat, but I did not aim at him. "It has become a circus and this is a problem. But I have not spat at him and if I have touched him I ask him to excuse me." Eto'o has also shrugged off comments made by Bilbao coach Javier Clemente, in which the ex-Spain coach said: "...spitting is ugly behaviour as well. "I thought it was what people who had just come down out of the trees did." The Cameroon striker said: "I don't want to enter any controversy. I spoke with the coach after the game and he said some very nice things to me. We'll speak again and I hope he takes back what he said. In football, sometimes things are said in the heat of the moment."
eto'o is not a liar

Eto'o may face Spanish sanctions FC Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o and Athletic Bilbao coach Javier Clemente may be disciplined over a spitting incident after Spain's Higher Sports Council requested action. The Cameroonian striker spat at an opponent, while Clemente made allegedly racist remarks about the incident. The state-run council asked its Anti-Violence Commission to take up the case when it meets on Wednesday. "We have reason to hope that the Anti-Violence Commission will study these incidents and take the necessary measures," an unidentified council source told news agency Efe. "Attitudes and comments of this nature should be rejected and do nothing to help good sporting order." Television pictures showed Eto'o, now on African Nations Cup duty with Cameroon, spitting at Bilbao defender Unai Exposito in the final moments of Sunday's Spanish league game, which Barcelona won 2-1. "I thought those who spat had just come down from the trees," Clemente, a former Spain coach, said at the post-match news conference. Eto'o, who comes from Cameroon, told Punto Radio on Monday that his spitting wasn't directed at Exposito. The commission may call on the country's football federation to punish Eto'o and Clemente. Last year, the Spanish federation, acting at the behest of the council, fined Spanish coach Luis Aragones US$3,600. after making a racist comment about Arsenal striker Thierry Henry.
