last year they closed off the colliseum completely. I was never ever able to get inside the damn thing and after trying a unch, we gave up. I remember people telling me it was like that for an hour or something.

Ye it gets hectic. They closed off the main entrance but left the tunnels on the sides open, so peopled crammed into the tunnels trying to get in. Then everyone was jumping down the rows and over fences.

I left the Coliseum floor to go to one of the restrooms outside of the Coliseum. 5-10 minutes later I was able to reenter the Coliseum through a side tunnel but security shut down access to the floor. I thought I would be separated from my friends for the rest of the night and was upset.

I felt bad for the security guards who tried to hold back dozens of half-naked drunk/high people. Of course, the security guards had no chance of holding back that much weight coming at them from higher ground. I wasn't one of the people pushing but I benefited from it. Luckily (for me) I was able to sneak past through a hole that opened at one of the entry points.

Trance Energy shuts off the main stage when it gets too crowed as well.

last year was too crazy. i was one of those people who hadda go through a tunnel, hop the chairs to get by people..and when i finally got to the floor, it was closed and fenced off...so we hadda hop a fence onto a porta potti and jump from the porta potti to get to the floor level. and then when i got to the floor level it took me 20-30min to get from one side of the coliseum to the other. i cant imagine it getting any better this year, its gonna be nuts

why isn't the full line up out it is almost a month away? poor effort

I have no idea how Insomniac is going to control the crowd if EDC attendance increases significantly this year compared to last year.

I wasn't bashing on EDC since I am going, it was just truly hilarious when Joel him self said this. He didn't just say it once, it was brought up a few times.

Sorry if this has already been posted - I've read through most of the thread but can't remember...John 00 Fleming's website says that he is playing on Saturday but it's not listed on the first page yet. Anyone know anything about this? I'll buy my ticket instantly if it's the case...lol

Stages seem to be set for Sat unless there's a change. Maybe he'll be in the Neon Gardens on Fri since that stage is yet to be announced.
