id focus on all body though. the butts coming from legs but ham exercises, squats, all that stuff comes into play.
for breasts and weight loss you have to use every muscle you can. Lean muscle is what burns fat. Fat keeps you warm and means you need less food. As you lean down you need more energy to stay warm and maintain muscle and youll start ramoing up on the weight loss and butt gain

I started going to the gym atleast 4 times a week, and I workout everyday doing basic workout stuff - helps me cope with stress and loose weight at the same time.
