it was actually really cold there yesterday. "really cold" for florida. lol we had a little cold front move in yesterday, but he insisted on going to the beach. i was wearing my sweater and bathing suit bottoms for most of the time there. but it was still beautiful. that is delray beach by the way...near west palm beach. the friggin houses there along the beach....holy shit. i mean, miami is all bling bling and i've seen star island and all that shit, but i dunno...the houses in palm beach are just as, if not more sick than miami/south beach. there's some serious money in west palm.

I did South Beach and West Palm for spring break my last year of college. Its really the only place in Florida except Key West where you can count on 80 degree temps in March and Miami was already a fucking 18 hour drive and that was enough for me. You are right, there is so much money in those areas its crazy. I think I'll retire there if I don't end up moving there sooner.

I went to visit my uncle in Naples a few years ago in January and we were goin out on his boat. I was wearing shorts and a tshirt and he says 'Don't forget its winter down here now, its cold'. He was in long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and was wearing a coat. It was 70 degrees outside. I dunno maybe its cold to him but when I left the airport earlier that day it was 20 so it felt like summer to me.

i forgot...i was stoned. i think a shiraz. it was cheap though lol

first he forgot his swimming suit, so we went to target to get him a new one. and then i realized i needed new flip flops and didn't want to wear sneakers to the beach, so i got a pair of those. then i decided we should have some wine, so we grabbed that. then we realized we needed to be able to open it, so we go looking for a bottle opener. then we realized we needed wine glasses or cups and then i was like, "ok look, this is turning into an expensive trip to the beach...we're drinking it out of the bottle"

Easy. I wear sunblock and hats if I�m out at the beach and I wear face lotion with spf 15 every day. I have fair skin, so I�m not going to try and be tan and risk my health...I�ll end up with skin cancer and a leather face. No thanks.


Maybe once or twice a year, I�ll get a fake bake just to get a base color going and to get a healthy �glow� but even when I go to those, I put sunblock on, so I don�t get fried in there.
