Nope, neither transcoded nor a silly upload. A 5.1 surround sound layer (MP3Surround) was added (!) to the undecoded and completely unmodified 192kbps mp3-file. The surround layer consumes 32kbps that makes it a 224kbps Stereo/5.1-surround MP3 file.
