While i'm posting in here i took some new pics of my set up last night. Thought I'd post them up.

MBP, DX2, Xone92, 2x 1210 MK3D, HD25's, Custom made Sefour X30 (ie. built by myself with laptop stand in the corner) and a prosperity cat for good measure

love that set up mate, must be a nice chill out area, those seats right nearby

How's it going....

It's a good chill out pad. There's another couch out of shot on the left as well. The room seats 9 comfortably. Usually though the two seats in front of the booth aren't there and it's used as an aftersession venue on nights out. It's the upstairs part of our garage 30 ft away from the house so neighbours don't hear anything. Had 30 people up there for Paddy's day this year.. It was a good session, messy, but good

Awesome setup/room n3lly.

Was wondering if that coiled headphone cable is hooked to the HD25's. I'm looking to upgrade my HD25 cables with something other then the stock, main reason is length. I know sennheiser sells a coiled cable for the hd25's, they were pretty pricey though (100us I think it was).

I know where you're coming from about the length or lack there of on the HD25's..

Unfortunately the coiled cable actually belongs to the Xone XD 53's that i have tucked under the table (you're just about able to see 'em)..

You're able to get an extended normal lead which i believe isn't that expensive. think it's 3 meters or something.

btw I was wondering if there was any difference in sound quality to using channels 1 and 4 as opposed to 2 and 3? (which is what mine is set up to)

It's done us well over the years. At first it was used as a smoking den where we just got very very stoned. But as with everything we grew out of that phase and now use it primarily as you suggested as an after hours session house. Usually get a good 15 people back up there, after a night out (clubs in ireland have to close by 2:30-3am) so this place is a godsend.

I've got Traktor Scratch Pro, but rarely use more than 2 decks, sometimes 3.

I love that Vestax mixer. It was my first mixer, which i actually still have and should really sell it on Ebay or locally. Never skipped a beat and i loved having those kill switches

How do you like the Cortex's? What kind of pitch resolution have they got?
