Another note, do you guys listen to music while working out? If so which of these 234234 choices of mp3 players is good?

My ass and thighs hurt so much it really hurts to sit down... which is awesome, but I don't appreciate walking like a gimp. I feel pretty good... need to eat better though, I really slack on the weekends, but weekdays are pretty good. This weekend is our anniversary so I plan to eat as many chocolate covered strawberries as he gets me (hopefully he will)
and I hope to go out to brunch, which means PANCAKES WITH BUTTER AND SYRUP... anyway I'm working out pretty hard and I feel good.
That's about it... you guys sound like you're all doing better than I am
Keep it up!!

was working out with UW athletes and they were curling 35s and shit and IM sitting there telling them to not use their elbows and shoulders. I was doing zero-elbow motion, hard core 2-3 second negatives and explosive curls.
I got one of the most ridiculous pumps ive ever gotten and was sweating my ass off the entire time trying not to puke.
They kept trying to give me pointers on how to become stronger and I was just like yeah yeah.....i dont care about strength.
so then they say lets have a flexing competition, and holy crap I owned them. as soon as I took my shirt off they (both 190 lb swimmers) were like HOLY CRAP youre fucking huge. I had larger measurements in most areas than them and CRAZY muscle definition everywhere.
They were shocked but I told them its been doing everything I was telling them in the gym. LOWER WEIGHT AND PROPER FORM are what do it!!!
it was just really cool seeing these guys get a 60% pump with reallyyyy heavy weights and having ill formed bodies with ZERO definition.
Our way seems to be the right way guys
and my partner I had for the bench portion was like "hey man I havent worked out in a while so Im like...really weak right now"
me "Just do what you gotta do man"
Like I care! Just try hard! gah!
--------
ps that was THEIR workout routine. I decided to just go along for the ride. Actually wasnt too bad because asshat athletes get free gatorade and protein and shit dispensed at the gym so I just kept filling up and doing it and was really good for energy.
/long post
ok my days are messed up im not really following anything im switchign it up all the time which probably isnt the best
ideally my days are suppose to go like this

day 3

day 4
--------
chest biceps
day 5

but as of now one of my break days is shoulders and im doing triceps by itself.. I put in another leg day because my legs are tiny so i want to give them some more attention

... post up your average day schedule bax.. lets see dis shiiii
hehe my main goal was going in there and getting a good chest workout in, which I felt good about. Then since I didnt want to just be doing my own thing while other 3 guys did something else, I tried out their routine.
Its a really good one if you do it right hehe.
Monday - Chest back
Tuesday - Run
wednesday - biceps triceps shoulders
wednesday - off
thursday - legs
friday - Off
Saturday - Chest back
...
I ve come to the conclusion that if I didnt have a twisted spine that really hurt when I worked it out I would split chest and back into seperate days.
but I cant so i dont :s

Tomorrow I start my career, I'm going to be working from 6:30 a.m. to around 3:30 p.m., I don't know what hour shifts I have yet. I hope laziness won't kick in and that I'll still workout.

i used to work chest and back out on day one of my split. did some reading and through persoanl experience its better to work chest day one, back or legs day 2
yes working your chest and back is good on the same day, is good to work your protagonist/antagonist muscles together, BUT
ive noticed a huge difference in flexibility and how the middle of my chest cuts out when i work chest day one hard, legs day 2 ( i usually workout after i get off work from my gym at 730p so i usually dont get sore the next morning, its more the next night) so im not that sore the next night day 2 when i work legs, when day 3 comes around im sore as hell from chest, when working back you stretch your chest alot, ive noticed that by working chest day 1, back day 3, i get good seperation inbetween my pecs and also a leaner look on my collarbone. it never hurts to mix it up and work them out together to shock your system, but though my experiences this has proven to be the best workout..
day 1 chest
day 2 legs
day 3 back
day 4 shoudlers / traps / light weight but heavy stretching on hams
day 5 arms
i work abs/ forearms/calves every other day
i usually use a strict 2-0-2 tempo but i drop down to a 4-2-2 to mess with myself once a month.
i rarely do cardio because i am bulking but monday ill start my cut.
been working on the diet/supps/cardio this week and hope to have my routine ready and start cutting by monday. w00t

aye its hard to stay motivated to workout after a job. But thats what is supposed to seperate you from the blobby masses. No one ever promised a cake walk
