the best show this city has probably seen happened at Shine and those who attended Deep Dish there can attest to this statement..... not all great shows have to be in a super big venue and we felt that doing something more intimate and exclusive would be a nice way for locals to partake in the whole olympics thing on the last day....

Danny is one of the hardest working and most dedicated individuals in the business with over 18 years experience and a hectic touring schedule that constantly takes him around the world. He's played in the world's coolest clubs and held residencies at places such as Arc, Ministry of Sound, Twilo, Renaissance, The End, and Bedrock, as well as his own Dig Deeper nights worldwide. With a back catalogue of well received mix albums under his belt, his most recent compilation was his contribution to Renaissance's legendary Mix Collection series, released in September 2008. Previously, Danny has compiled acclaimed mixes for Global Underground, being the only DJ to contribute to not only the main series with his Miami album, but also the 24:7 and Nu-Breed Series. In addition to this, he also compiled a cd for Azuli's Choice series, as well as three volumes of his own Nocturnal Frequencies series. His mixes have also made waves on the world famous Essential Mix, where his fourth mix aired in early 2007. It's not just as a DJ where Danny has made a name for himself, he's also an accomplished producer and remixer. With Dick Trevor, he has been responsible for many stand out tracks, including the timeless Persuasion/Repercussion on Bedrock Records, Breathe on Renaissance Records and Kinkyfunk on Yoshitoshi Records.

I helped build up a crazy underground scene in HK between 1991-97 as no one was playing dance music there.
I also spent a lot of time from 1992 onwards playing at the full moon parties in Thailand as no one was playing records there either.
I moved back to the UK in 1997 and teamed up with Craig Richards and Sasha to play at the Tyrant parties in London and Nottingham.
I slept on a trolley in Craig's studio for a while but eventually got a real bed.
I released two super Tyrant mix CDs with Craig.
I have also released four other mix CDs including two for Global Underground.

I play at festivals such as Coachella, Love Parade, Exit, Creamfields, Notting Hill Carnival and enjoy camping.
I often get asked by journalists to describe what type of music I play.
I don't know is the answer.
I launched my 365 project in June 2005. It's been really fun and unbelievably interesting.
I don't take my computer clubbing.
I started a record label called Almost Anonymous
I have been in the DJ mag poll at number 10, 27, 31, 56, 76 and 88 but still feel exactly the same.

didn't mean to shit on the venue and yeah, to see these guys in such a setting would be great too. Kudos to you guys for that berrific booking, was only commenting on the fact that these djs should be seen by as many people as possible, BC Place even

TA in vancouver is mostly trance and commercialish house.. not much here for the more underground scene

I would expect tickets to be around $80 for that.

Oh, and no way in hell I'm missing Diggers. No Olympic celebration should get in the way this time.
