Besides of the cheesy chart tracks from La Bouche, Captain Hollywood Project or Magic Affair there are 2 tracks which really introduced me to electronic, non-commercial music. IMO sill classical rave feeling tunes:
Jam & Spoon's Hands On Yellow - Great Mission (You Gotta Say Yes To Another Excess)
&
Moby - Feeling So Real (Westbam Mix)
I still love these two powerful tracks!

Tijs Remix of Silence introduced me to Trance and it has gone up from there. As far as songs that make me want to cry and have meaning to me:
Pvd-We're Alive, when I here it I think she's talking about all the electronic heads around the world!! We're alive baby!!!!!
Pvd-Forbidden Fruit, makes me want to cry
Tiesto-In my memory(V-one) incredible!!!!

cuz it reminds me of a girl I dated and one of my best friends who both love DMB
Daft Punk feat. Romanthony - One More Time (Club Mix)
cuz it reminds me of Spring Break 2001 and the wild week my girlfriend, at the time, and I had in Mexico.

cuz it reminds me of my 2001 summer in Paris.

Coast 2 Coast - Home. My sister and I used to listen to this on the way to school my freshman year and it just makes me reminisce about how awesome it was.

Solar Stone - Seven Cities. I first saw this in a video of Oakenfold I had and just went "holy shit, what is this?!". When I found out I listened to this song for about a week.
Nalin and Kane - Open Your Eyes. Just reminds me of being on a beach with a slight breeze. Awesome.
Westbam vs. Red Jerry - Wizards of the Sonic (Matt Darey Remix). Incredible.
And all of Oakey's "Tranceport". That album opened me up to a new world.
Ayla - Ayla 99 it was my first trance song i heard going to my first rave. And now it brings back good memories when i hear it. Also it always get me in the mood to go to another party
