Where the hell is the rip of this tune? I'm assuming it's the flip side to the Human vinyl? That released a few months ago but I still have yet to hear "Atmosphere"

I can't be bothered waiting for releases to come to the UK because they either never turn up or they come out months after the release in Europe. Therefore, I got it off Kazaa....

Anyone heard the Dumonde remix of "Stereoshaker - Rock & Roll"?
It's not bad...

I dont know for you, but stuff made by Dumonde after Never look back is just boring.

You know, theres a lot of artists (not only trance) that does a song and it goes popular. Great, they just became famous. So from this point that artist then stops working very hard on following productions.

One flagrant example, Paffendorf. (Lol, I know. You can laugh ) What the hell did he do or produced before "where are you"? I dont know/care. And whats up after he made "where are you"? Anything after that song was BS.

I think thats what happened with Dumonde, on a longer time scale.

Another point, (some) artists does not evolve enough (if not at all), and that makes 'em boring. Take Flutlicht for example - same instruments, other notes, but same shit.

"Wtf Bilange, he rocks! Dont bring him down! "

Go listen to all his tracks/remixes, you will understand.

From what I've heard by Dumonde, I see absolutely no reason why they should be thought of as super-talented producers, and I don't really understand why people regard them so highly.

Let's take a track like "God Music" or "Can U Dig it." What's so special about it? These tracks are exactly average. They are lackluster.

Take their track "Mind's Made Up." What's so special about it? There is no good melody, nothing memorable or outstanding, just the vocal that's repeated over and over.

My point is if you like hard trance, there many better and more talented artists out there. And if you like softer trance, the situation is the same: more artists who are better.

Anyone care to explain?

i second that

Y? No-one ever mentions the really good remixes of Dumonde, either because they conveniently forget them, or they've never heard them. In either case, it makes their view pretty worthless....

It seems that on the one hand people slag them off for doing nothing different (then how do you explain Can U Dig It, Mind Made Up and Atmos(s)phere?? - they are different to the Dumonde norm) and on the other you moan because they've done something different and it hasn't worked.

Mind Made Up was average, I don't think anyone is really denying this. I'm not mad about Human either, but that doesn't make the rest of their work crap, does it???.

No-one mentions their remixes of Kaylab, Vincent Stormfield, Angelic, DJ Snowman, Rank 1 (trust me, it's good), Barthez/Stereoshaker, Marc Aurel, etc, etc, etc.

Have all the doubters even heard these remixes? Sounds like a 'No' to me.......

I totally agree, why people metion all their last productions, which are average ?
Dumonde even made Fragma's eurodance songs great trance tunes.
"See The Light", "Tomorrow"... Did most of people ever heard them ?
