Sorry, I thought that was in jest, will update the list when I get back to canberra after halcyon.

I reckon the current design is perfect already. If anything, I'd probably change the au.ta at the back, making it a tad smaller and moving it higher, closer to the colar.

Looks great, but I agree with the au.ta on the back, bit smaller and moved up a little.

Are you guys going to scale the logos when you do them? So for a large shirt you make the print bigger so it fills the same ammount of shirt, if you get what I mean. Correct me if i'm wrong, but that usually costs extra? I know when we did our graduation shirts for school, we had to have the logos all the same size. It was like an extra $15 to have the logos scaled to fit on different sized shirts.

Ohh yeah, do we know what we are doing about payment?

Sounds good to me. Maybe we can start collecting some money since we have 60+ Ts interested already. No doubt, the process to collect all the money would be take quite a long time as well.

Using VinylWarning for distro gets around this totally. (And hell, if you're ordering rekkids from them, it won't cost anything extra for postage).

Great idea and also all the more reason to order more records!!!

A few things, with the shirts I need to collect all the money before a proper order can be placed with the t shirt co and printer. So I think its going to be easiest if people just send me the cash via cheque, postal order etc. The Sydney people can either mail it to me or maybe give it to at the meet up that is currently being planned. Same with the distribution of the shirts (great excuse for all of us to meet up anyway)
However everyone else will have to post their cash and then add a postage fee on top of their t shirt price. Unsure of the price dj way said $6 or $7 dont know how accurate this sum is tho.
If everyone is ok with this then ill post my details up later.

nixter, it's $7.50 4 like 7 records 4m VW, can't imagine it'd b more for a t shirt

If you need money before hand, how about we get Jules to create items on his website for s, m and l shirt (in both styles). We pay him and he pays you (that way u get a lump sum ammount, and it's AU wide for collection. This way we're also paying for postage at the same time). PM Jules about that if you like the idea (They are GREAT guys, and this seems like the best idea to me).

Other than that I'd like to pay you via paypal. If you don't have an account they are free

I just realised that the vinylwarning idea might not work out best.
The problem is they are based in melbourne, so the shirts have to be posted from here to them (adding to the cost)and then reposted from there.

Posted by morphee on Jul-16-2003 14:29:

Id like to add a

size : s
style : girls hug fit

2 ways around that

you send all the shirt 2 jeremy(I meant jeremy all along, not jules [u 2 confuse me :P]) in bulk, and there's will raise the cost $2 each or something, or what I see as the prefered option is Jeremy forwards on the shipping details and sizes (in other words, the order AFTER it's paid for) to you and you ship away....

Is it to late?

I'll have a large black and blue in loose fit.

I've just called up Julian and spoken to him and he's REALLY keen to do this (IE get it happening next week).

Nixter: How's this sound. VW get ~70 orders on their site, 10Large, 40 Small, 20 Medium. You send down 1 package with all 70. VW then fire them off to who they need to. Reason why I like this is that VW already have the establised process, network and repore with all that are needed for distribution.
