derb rip theyre own tracks off with everysingle release,. they ALLL [and i mean all] have the same basslines, and synths. what started with derb -derb continued for the next 2-3 years in every production they released.

kai tracid is an extremely talented producer and has been since like mid 90's, and continually proves his talents all across his field, from floaty acid trance, to hard acid trance, and the more techier stuff. he co produces pretty much every track released on tracid traxxx.

I haven't mentioned Kai Tracid as a non-talented producer anywhere. I voted for him for the djlist goddamnit...

lol im not hating for you liking derb, i like a lot of theyre older stuff, i just found it funny how you think theyre betetr than kai. up until very recently they seemed to have very little or no inspiration. i also cant stand theyre DJ sets either, i think theyre boring, but thats just me

sorta agreed.. technoboy is a pretty good producer.. i like his older stuff more than anything, a lot of his more recent stuff under his many aliases arnt very good at all. good as a DJ tho

and agreed on saa vee oh .. no hacker.exe is fucking wicked hard trance

i sorta cast him off a little after i heard tankis & savietto - incredible or unbelievable or whatever it was called. his first track with tankis i believe

Well, I think Kai's producings-skills and dj-skills are very good (technically he kicks the asses of DuMonde with ease ) but his latest productions aren't that appealing to me. But that's all personally....

Happy someone mentioned Max Savietto! That guy is awesome! His set at In Qontrol this year was By the way...does anybody know the Trance Generators? Or the Organ Donors?

Kai is miles more talented than Derb, Jay is spot on with all Derb stuff sounding the same (bit like Hennes & Cold) but I still like 80% of it.

As for Max Savietto i'd be inclined to call him hard trance personally :-)
