I don't avoid all guys my age. It's just I never seem to meet any that I like enough to be with. I feel more comfortable around older guys, but that goes back to problems I have with myself. According to someone's post in this topic, I have to concur: he just hasn't figured out a way to get into your pants... yet... It takes a special approach... I went out with my 1st gf for a year before we "did it". On the other hand, certain someone I was involved with went out with her x for 2.5 years and they never did it. It took me only 2 months to unlock the magic box and break the seal of purity... AHEM.. blush..... Buuttttt... I guess that's waaay too much info... Most interesting thing happens, and this is no propaganda by no means... but most women who hold out probably have other reasons.. Some do it because it's the "right thing to do" for whatever reasoning may follow. Bottom line is that sex is a shared emotion, it's a feeling. Even if it's just lust, a one night stand... it's still a feeling. Some people think that holding out will make it more special, won't kill that luster......... and end up dissapointed. As you get older, sex becomes less of a puzzle - at least for guys.. and it becomes less "exciting"... Religious conservatives, a.k.a. remnants of puritans - the population that settled US and occupied better part of Europe has bashed sex as a sin... yet managed to be the most perverse group and most hypocritical. US is one of the most fuqed up countries when it comes to sex. There are not many developed countries where government involves itself in people's bedrooms... Did you know that in certain states oral sex or even ahem... finger sex constitutes "sodomy"? I don't even want to talk about the "Greek special". Imagine - you (in words of SGT. Hartman) "fingerbang Rosy Rottencrotch through her purty pink panties..." and end up being slapped with a 3-5 years in jail?????????? Imagine, your WIFE could be giving you a BJ and you go to jail for that? What kind of fuqed up country is that??? Even Italy, home to the Vatican is less conservative when it comes to sex. US is just plain fuqed..

And holding out on sex to the day you get married will do more harm than good, believe it or not. Unless your hubby is a wimp, if he didn't have sex before marriage and you didn't you both are fuqed, coz' you won't know what you're doing in bed and that will just make both of you miserable. WHile sex does not constitute a foundation of healthy relationship it sure plays a big role... kinda a like concrete does in the building of a foundation.

So, that's my rant... sorry if I pissed someone off by my "liberetarism"... Yo may resume your regular (Religious book of choice) reading.

now granted, if you're not careful it may not be healthy, you may come down with something that may stay with you forever

if the partner is into some weird stuff ( ) sometimes its not fun

and well, i've heard of people actually paying for it

but when done properly sex is the only thing in the world that is fun, free and healthy

I don't think you're a dumbass... and when I said I had that mentality during the early stages of puberty I was referring to the mentality of only being interested in getting into every good looking girl's pants... not the mentality you were displaying in your post

It's not like I walk around with a hardon all day, harrassing every decent girl I notice.. but if I talk to someone who looks good I will almost everytime have an alternative motive, even if I dont display it or think about it constantly...!
