Sarah, there is no confirmation email, you're just put on gueslist. I've done it countless times so it's nothing. As for the music in teh main room...get dekoze back! The owners of Release are decent to open up (have some wicked tunes for the beginning of the night...but then get someone in there with energy!).

is this an all ages event? just a suggestion to people who post these parties, can u PLEASE post if its 19+ or all ages? thanx

Omg... maybe we can get Swamper to post a sticky saying that all events are 19+ unless otherwise noted?

Hopefully the hurrincane problem won't be that bad during the night. *Crossing my fingers that it will be light showers here and there(that's what I heard to be expected by 9pm)*

just wanna introduce myself real quick to you all...some of you already know me!
i'm silke and i've lived in montreal (~ actually i had a tent pitched at ARIA! hehe!) up until recently. let's just say ARIA was and still is my second home and family! i just moved to the TO area and will be hitting the town for the first time this weekend. i would love to see your TA dj's spin and get to know some of you!! in order for me to feel at home anywhere in the world i always need to scope out the electronic music scene and its people first; ... need to get my priorities straight! hehe!
could you please give me some info on how to get on the GL -if that is still possible- how much cover would be if i can't get on, where the soundbar is and how to get there, when it starts/ends and all the other main essentials that i need to know! ...i'll make sure to bring my crazy wild party mood! look forward to meeting you!!!

System soundbar is 117 Peter St. here's a link to a map. Set times and further guest list info are in the 1st post in this thread...

great that you are coming out to meet us!! just e-mail john (his e-mail is in my signature for GL) and it will be free before 12 that night i believe. the club is at 117 peter street, corner of richnmone and peter (other side of the corner where 'tonic nightclub is). the event starts at 10 and ends at 4 or so i think, but the club will be open til around 7am (we aren't as hardcore as the mtl peeps!)

I was going to mention this event to you but I wasn't sure you'd be interested....

Looks like I will be there, we can meet up beforehand if you like? Instead of Sunday? It won't be a late night for me though...I have a meeting in the morning.
