I don't go out a lot, but I'm not lonely either. Everyone goes through a stage of depression (I've been through mine), usually in their middle-late teens, so don't feel like you're the only one. I recommended that you join some sort of club to get out more and make new friends etc. You'll find yourself feeling better in no time. Also before you go to bed drink a mug of warm milk. Also drink plenty of fruit juices and water during the day as well as excerise

I hear ya....I got screwed over by someone who I trusted above everyone else on 8/31/03...I haven't been the same ever since...I'm a lot more.....volatile.

I always felt alone. I think this problem is more present in industrialized countries...i am sure that if you go to a country like Brazil, people are much more happy, that's the paradox. Today i stay behind my computer during all the day again, pfff...

Goddamn. My condonlences. (Did I spell that right?) I've been there myself. That is a horrible state of mind to be in. As for me, come 11/22, everything will turn around. Guaranteed.
