Usually after serotonin is released into the synaptic gap and is used, serotonin transporters move serotonin back into the presynaptic neuron to be metabolized. MDMA prevents the transporters from taking serotonin back into the presynaptic neuron. It can also cause the transporters to work in reverse bringing serotonin into the synaptic gap (NIDA, 2003).

yeah when you take a pill up your bum (for the record i havent tried this) it works just as well as say snorting it. The chemicals are easily absorbed by the large amount of blood running around your anal Spongebob.

Note of advice: dont chew pills, let your ass do the chewing for you.

there is no point. the ammount of coke you need to feel anything from when you orally administer a pill is a lot more than a pill size could hold! you would need a GIANT pill to feel the coke.
plus why the fuck would the cook of the pill put coke in there then sell the pill for the same price? when he could sell the coke alone for FAR more than a pill.

pretty much anything is, especially pills. Would you eat a pill that's been sitting on your shelf for a year? Doesen't matter what it is.. always keep it stored in a good place, that's just common sense.

Only dis comfort is getting the little bugger up there, but its fine after 2 or so minutes, as they are pretty small.

As for the chewing as to come up quicker, why not just crush the bastid, and put him in an empty capsule. That way, no shitty taste, and as soon as you dissolve through the cap, the powder gets absorbed super quick like, as apposed to digesting the pill

Or parachute if you canna find/afford caps, little bit o toilet paper/rizla and down with water.

goota agree with you. chewing them does make your high come quicker.
From the many times that I chewed them don't remember my mouth being numb. only a nasty taste that I usually washed down with good ol' Orange juice. from what I remember the nastier (sour taste) the pill tasted the better the roll. only time my mouth felt numb was the next day from chewing on candy/gum and mouth clenching. maybe thats it.

It's been a while though. (gotta stop urges)
