k im not getting into a debate with anybody, i can say for a fact, you are not getting a forum.

What I said there is that its kinda viscious circle: we "are not active" (because our thread in COR is not counted postwise), so we won't get a regional forum, and we can't be active cause we don't have our forum (where the posts would count, therefore making us look "active")

and then I'm wondering who did the norwegians give head to, to get their forum

If you had bothered to read the thread that gave us a forum, you'd see that we had enough ACTIVE users (yes that's active users, not 20 people with 0.03 posts a day. And if you can't think of any way to be active on TA, I don't see why you should deserve to get a regional forum either). I am as disappointed as you are in how low the activity turned out to be when we finally got the forum, but don't be an asshole.

As someone who's new to the forums, you should take a bit of time to look into cases of forums, it's always been said that while there's large amounts of polish tas, there's not a lot of polish-based ta's (or enough to run a local scene forum)

You've moaned about the norwegian one, but the polish one would be pointless for the same reasons at the moment

I won't bitch about it anymore if it is sutch a problem to make a new forum. We'll just stick to our thread then. And I did look into this case a bit

Man, you guys have gotta chill out, I'd hate to think that there's any truth to the stereotype of Poles being identity-obsessed chronic whiners.

No need to bring us peaceful norwegians into this argument. And I think Ian stated the situation quite nicely. None of you live in Poland so whats the point of a regional forum then? It shouldn't be harder for you to write in english than any other person with another mother language.

no offence but on TA is more than 20 users living in Poland and another 20+ with polish origins...

Oke we will start this once again, as "Rules on the addition of new regional forums" says that we must get minimum 15 users, active users, but this active user isn't defined. Another case, lots of Poles on the board either don't speak english well or at all, and this is kinda vicious circle, as Stren said... And please define minimum "post per day" count otherwise we will discuss it again and again

It will always be "but" and "can't" so it's pointless IMO...If somebody wants to create a polish part of the forum he'll do it, butr as we can see no one wants to do it... Ehhh N/C

That's true. What exactly is meant by the term "active user" could use some clarification.

Then why are they on TA? Last time I checked the language spoken here was english. If you can't or won't contribute to TA, whatever the reason, I don't see why you should be given a regional forum.

yeah like all the people on the regional forums write and speak english, please.

not to worry, this year we will accomplish some improvement. with our polish reps in the polish clubs, we will get a bunch of new recuits and be even more active than norway in the end.

last year I visited my cousins in toronto and it sucked
america has less good parties and less good music

In israeli forum I can't even see their fonts...
And you don't have to speak english fluently to find this place...all u have to do is type in tiesto tracklisting or any other big dj and there you go.
We will get our forum eventually, maybe not any time soon but we will. With arguments like that, I'm glad you're not a mod, so why don't you just stay out of this...

so you've been here 6 months and it gives you the right to abuse Sand Leaper who's been a good member here for 4 years ? If you want your forum then fine, but don't make things personal against other users, in which case I Hope you don't get the forum until you respect other peoples opinions
