We have fulfilled these requirements, so it's just up to Swamper to get his ass in gear. Unfortunately that usually takes shitloads of time since he is always busy.

edit: oh yea, and by the way, KrissO wasn't really the one who came up with the idea. There have been several attempts in the past to get a norwegian forum, but all of em failed.
