I think I've got the sexiest 6-pack here...it's just been in mere hibernation for the past 19 years, that is all...
I blame it on pizza.

ive got a good six-pack from track-n-field. coach used to make us lye down with our hands behind our backs, and our legs 6 inch above the ground. holding it for 2 minutes, and if one person dropped, an extra minute. usually we had 2 extra minutes added on. plus, we'de have to to "scissors". moving our feet one up, and one down, "the seal", moving our legs from the outside in together and back out, "3's", moving our legs all the way up then all the way down, without our feet touching the ground. we'de do all this for i'de say 30-45 minutes. during that time, time passes by kind of fast, because your focused.
they called it ab days, when the abs were our focus, then we'de have push-up days. those were the worst. being the push-up position for like 45 minutes straight. coach would say, we are all doing 700 push-ups (culmitive). then, going down the line, one person would do push-ups and they would be added up. everytime they didnt do it right, 10 were subtracted from what they did, and everytime someone let their knees touch the ground, 10 were subtracted. one day, we ended up doing about 1000 push-ups, b/c some people kept letting their knees touch the ground..

| Originally posted by torontotrance YA THINK? I'm not bitter, I'm fed up with shallow people. I was 224 pounds and out of shape in Feb of 2002. No girl gave me the fucking time of day and now that I'm 171 pounds and in remarkable shape and training for a marathon, now those same girls that never gave me the time of day want to talk to me because I'm better looking now. I'm still the same TTA as in 2002, just 2 yrs older but nothing has changed except my outward appearance. So those shallow people can go to hell imo, now all about the 6 pack, I have had 4 friends get engaged in the last few months and NONE OF THEM had a six pack and all are marrying hotties (i'm happy for them). My problem is society's lameness at outward appearance and I'm still fed up with those girls (one really wants me and I told her to get lost). |
I don't think my confidence level with women as changed, I'm still the same TTA (just 2 yrs older). I feel better physically, I have more energy, I just feel like I can do more. My goal was not to boast about tta lost 50 fucking pounds...now bow down to him. I'm saying from a personal experience, that since I lost weight, yes more women have come up to me but that means jackshit. I have not found the one, so it means jackshit and I'm not after sleeping with women, so it is a mute point. I do think that everyone wants the hottest person of the oppt sex to date or marry. Let's face it, our world is built on looks and image. I do look a lot better than 2 years ago but I feel better and that is what matters. I am not tired as I was 2 yrs ago and that matters. I'm also not at a high risk for heart disease anymore and that matters the most, I wish to live a long life and be a burden to my kids
.
was gibts fette arsen. sprechen sie deutch?
Regardless of the motive behind losing the weight the end result would have included so much more. Like I said...congratulations. I mean that sincerely. I agree 100% that it has nothing to do with looking good...it's all about being healthy and feeling good about yourself. Have a great weekend.
my six pack is brought to you by
