Well, both up and down, and side to side.

But most times I find myself going back and forth like I'm getting punched in the back of the head... then I incorporate it into this sorta Night at the Roxbury shaking motion.... sometimes I have to stop myself.

Up and down, especially on tracks that really kick. Reminds me of the time at a party when Operation Blade by Public Domain came on, and when the New Order sample kicked in, everyone in the room starting nodding their head.
